I like using Tiny Desk Concerts as a nice example of a repeatable, web-friendly video format. If you've not come across it then have a read of Tiny Desk: how NPR’s intimate concert series earned a cult following.
While I'm at it, is there an equivalent of Every Frame a Painting (or the snappy video essay series of your choice) for, well… paintings? I'd watch that.

These are fun though and, as others have pointed out, this sort of thing wouldn't be so hard for many cultural organisations to do.
