Hello
This week there's a bunch of theatre-related links and a distinctly international feel - I spotted the UK, USA, Spain, Australia, Brazil, Netherlands, and Germany all in there.
No jobs or events this time round but they'll probably be back next time. Adding a picture was a good idea - thanks again to those who suggested that.

The Science Gallery is currently running a cultural sector CRM system survey because they want to know what others are using. It closes on 20 November, so get in quick and you'll get a copy of their findings.
Theatre-related
Ford's Theatre have written about their new digital strategy.
I've been looking around for digital theatre creative programmes and found WalesLab from National Theatre Wales, and The Next Stage, which was a Griffin Theatre Company/Google’s Creative Lab project from 2014.
Tron Theatre in Glasgow has been sued for using a photo of Dylan Thomas in a Storify. They didn't even embed the photo directly and removed it immediately when asked, but still ended up paying €1,500 plus costs. If you think that's unfair then donate a little something here.
Other things
Speaking of digital strategy, Conxa Rodà is Head of Strategy and Communication at the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. These are slides from her recent talk about digital transformation in museums.
Interesting post about the MCA's Digital Excursions:
"For those unfamiliar with the concept, a digital excursion or virtual excursion, is a workshop or experience delivered to students remotely using video conferencing or other web based 2 way video connection. The program allows us to work with students who due to a range of barriers including distance, economics or just a pressured school timetable might not otherwise make it to the physical building."
The Reprogram series investigates the changes in museums around the world from a collection of essays, articles and lecture transcripts.
NSW Cultural Digital is a research scrapbook on digital for NSW cultural institutions.
92Y On Demand offers recordings of more than 10,000 92Y events dated back to 1949. Which is pretty great, but there's something odd going on. The YouTube channel has 25k subscribers but the recent videos have had hardly any views at all.
I mentioned Twitch last week. Now Twitch and Instapainting bring us Twitch Paints: live video collaborative robotic painting.
Blackout is (or will be - the Kickstarter's running now) a documentary film in a 3D environment. Interesting to see how they've had to build new tools (depth sensors and HD cameras) to create it. It also reminded me of the video for Sunday by Sissi Rada that was shot completely with Microsoft's Kinect.
In digital art news, the winner of the 2015 Prix Net Art is Constant Dullaart, with an Award of Distinction going to Weise7. Also, The Wrong is running at the moment, which bills itself as the largest and most comprehensive digital art biennale today.
There's a new National Trust website.
Thanks for reading, and please subscribe here if someone's forwarded this to you.
