Yes… but with caveats (because ‘digital offer’ is such a slippery concept).

MCN - Free Membership for All. The Museum Computer Network is “transitioning from an annual membership fee to a no-cost membership model”.
Membership without borders. Scottish Ballet have developed a free membership. "For the price of sharing an email address, individuals become Scottish Ballet members with benefits. Perks include access to dance classes, digital magazine subscriptions and invitations to online events".
